At Hello82, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hello82 account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a printout of your return authorization inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
